Messi genius does it again

You don’t get to really notice how brilliant Lionel Messi is when you’re shooting him at a match. You’re just too busy trying to stay in focus as he powers towards you like an approaching tsunami.  It was only while watching his second goal against Bayern Munich on slow motion tv repeats later that I truly saw why Messi is the best in the world now and probably ever.

Bayern were really good last night and even looked like scoring the first goal of the match until Messi slammed in the first goal.

But it was the second that will go down in the annals and watched over and over again by millions:

Even if you hate football and all the noise around it take a few moments to look how Messi dumps mighty Bayern’s Jerome Boateng on the turf with a faint to the left and off he goes cool as a cucumber and lobs the ball with the right foot that he rarely scores with over Manuel Neuer, reckoned to be the best goalkeeper in the world.  Pure genius.

Ronaldo, forget about it!
